1-year being a UX Writer.

Some say it’s fun, some say it’s not. I would say both and here’s why.

The Game was up to gamble up.

What I only knew is that I love writing. It took quite some time for me to figure out how to work as it should’ve been. I pack lots of survival kits for the hard times.

I blend but I don’t bend.

There’s a blessing in disguise. As things got uncomfortable, I learned to survive and to be able to do it meaning I packed my kit to level up. I learn to blend in but I don’t bend my idea of cool writing. I learn to speak up about my idea, but I don’t take it personally to be denied. I always know that the world doesn't always revolve around me.

Being able to be heard is hard-fought.

To be able to be heard is one kind of the highlight of my career as a UX Writer. As the company grows, the more we open to interpretations, I am finally allowed to be involved to handle, evaluate, analyze, and explore what we can develop on a UX Copy-side.

Supportive team-mates are things that I don't take for granted. As a junior UX Writer, having supportive senior and team-mates to hear your thoughts is very important to improve skills, open perspectives, and many else to take from.

I learned that trust is hard to achieve. I try to give my best and keep evaluating myself. I am far from a good UX Writer but I don’t quit collecting kits to survive.
